The XD4 RampMill has an improved differential pitch / differential helix design that reduces harmonic vibration and chatter. The XD4 can be used in applications from full slotting to light roughing, allowing for aggressive ramping and high material removal rates. Its patented end geometry and center through coolant option are ideal for pocketing applications in steel and exotic materials.
