The SD4, SDEL4, SD4 Ball, SDEL4 Ball, SD5, SDEL5, SD6, SDEL6, SD7, and SDEL7 tools use differential pitch/helix to reduce vibration, enabling roughing to finishing in steel, stainless, and exotic metals. SD4/SD4 Ball and SDEL4/SDEL4 Ball suit tight corners (long LOC or stick-out). The SD5/SDEL5 target tight-corner pockets, while the SD6/SDEL6 handle tight corners and periphery, the SD7/SDEL7 (7-flute) excel in open-corner pocketing and periphery operations.
